Propel is seeking a Senior Ad Operations Analyst to own Marketplace campaigns from booking to delivery, including partner launches, self-serve campaigns, and seasonal builds. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Business Development, Growth, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to execute campaigns using our CMS and Braze.
You will monitor pacing, QA copy, links and budgets, run post-campaign reviews, and leverage AI tools to optimize the booking tool and calendar.
Propel builds technology that strengthens the social safety net in America. The safety net’s strength depends not just on funding, but delivery. Propel exists to dramatically improve how government benefits are delivered. Managing SNAP benefits, picking a D-SNP plan, or protecting against EBT theft should feel as seamless as Apple Pay or Netflix.
Governments struggle to build modern, scalable user experiences. We’re building a high-growth, high-ceiling, sustainable for-profit company where impact drives revenue.
We launched the Propel Marketplace to connect our ~5M monthly active users to products, services, and exclusive offers from leading brands across retail, healthcare, and financial services. It has grown into a powerful, industry-leading performance tool for our partners and a critical revenue driver for Propel.
We’re looking for a Senior Ad Operations Analyst to own how Marketplace campaigns are booked, built, launched, and delivered. That includes owning campaigns in one of our business verticals, seasonal campaigns for partners, and self-serve campaigns we’re starting to launch. You’ll report to our Ad Ops Manager and work closely with Customer Success, Business Development, Growth and Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
You’ll own campaigns from the moment inventory is booked to the day the budget fully delivers. One is a partner launch in your vertical, another is a push to millions of users, another is a seasonal collection page you build from a Figma spec. Most weeks center on your vertical and self-serve campaigns. During seasonal build windows, more of your time goes to seasonal campaigns.
Own the inventory booking tool our teams use to book placements. Field requests outside the self-serve flow, flag utilization gaps, and add new campaign levers as they launch.
Build campaigns in our internal CMS and Braze, whether they’re partner campaigns in your vertical, self-serve, or seasonal. That includes collection pages and entry points from design specs, and A/B test setup.
Clean QA copy, links, tags and budgets, and for seasonal campaigns, run the timeline across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
Monitor pacing, flag risk early to CSMs and BD, and work with Insights on tests and budget shifts.
Make the next campaign easier to ship. Run post-campaign reviews, keep documentation current, and use our AI tools to ship fixes to the booking tool and calendar.
3+ years of experience in operations, such as program management, project management, business operations or marketplace operations. Our tools and platform work differently from most ad platforms, so strong operations experience matters more
