Job Title – Operations Manager

Location – Redmond, WA/ Onsite

Contract Duration – 12-month contract (Potential to extend)

Pay Range – $70-$75/hr. on W2, DOE

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

The main function of an operations manager is ensuring that the different departments in the company follow through with the plans and strategies devised for the business’s success.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Direct the activities of various departments, including pricing, sales, production, and distribution of the company’s products.
  2. Manage employees, create work schedules, and assign duties.
  3. Determine employment requirements, conduct interviews, and hire prospective employees.
  4. Train newly hired employees.
  5. Oversee activities related to the production of the company's products.
  6. Manage employee performance, coordinate sales promotions, collaborate with division leads, plan store layout and design, set prices and credit terms, and identify goods and services to be sold.
  7. Supervise remodeling projects and represent the company during client meetings and negotiations.
  8. Handle problems calmly and effectively, even under pressure.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and mathematical skills
  • Familiarity with Windows-based programs
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
  • Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment
