- Leverage data and financial models to prioritize decisions and measure results.
- Create and maintain clear product documentation and roadmaps.
Business & Operational Leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional execution to deliver results efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing to align product launches with go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure project milestones are met, adjusting priorities as needed.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication without direct reports.
Growth & Performance
- Build business projections and track key metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Identify bottlenecks or opportunities for growth and implement solutions.
- Help improve internal processes to support a high-growth environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams and U.S.-based stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Product Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, operations, or business strategy roles—preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
- Proven ability to use data and financial models to inform decisions, optimize outcomes, and build business projections.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and aligning efforts across departments without direct authority.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a remote, startup setting.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with digital product launches, program operations, or customer experience optimization.
- Exposure to merchant processing, recurring billing, or subscription-based products.
- Comfort working with basic product or analytics tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Airtable, Google Sheets, Mixpanel).
- Familiarity with or curiosity about digital marketing; willingness to learn and support growth initiatives.
- Prior experience in telehealth, healthtech, or regulated industries is a plus—but not required.
- Enjoy the flexibility of working fully remote from anywhere in the world.
- Be part of a dynamic, mission-driven company that’s transforming the healthcare industry.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a talented team.
- Competitive compensation package with performance bonuses.
- Opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's product strategy and business outcomes.
