Job summary

Victra in Durham, NC is seeking a Manager, Business Operations to lead and optimize our outbound strategy across call center and retail channels. You will own the strategy, execution of our sales engagement platform and CRM, and grow the business support team.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional partners, strong project management, and excellent presentation and communication skills. Travel up to 50% may be required as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM strategies preferred.

• Serve as Project Manager and Lead for Business Development GTM initiatives.
• Develop and manage content for the sales engagement platform and CRM.
• Partner with key stakeholders to grow assigned sales channels.
• Manage the strategy and implementation of sales campaigns.
• Optimize Victra business processes.
• Serve as subject matter expert on CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop requirements and workflows.
• Act as Sales Engineer for the Victra Tech Stack.
• Partner with external team leads on a weekly basis for gap management and priorities.
• Provide reconciliation support for business initiatives.

As a Manager, Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in growing Victra's business channel by owning the support of our outbound strategy, supporting business and internet sales opportunities across our call center and retail fleet.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• A four-year college degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• At least two years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt to frequent changes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems and strategy; experience with Salesforce is preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Travel may be required up to 50%, based on business need.
• Monthly mileage reimbursement, company credit card, computer, tablet, and discounted phone service provided.
• Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record check and a clean driving record is required due to travel demands.
