Connectivity Solutions is a 19-person technical consulting team, and we are looking for an experienced operations professional who can build practical systems, improve visibility, strengthen accountability, and help important priorities move forward.
The Business Operations Lead will work directly with the Department Manager to improve how the team operates. This is not a traditional administrative role. The person in this role will build and improve processes, workflows, dashboards, reporting, resource-planning tools, and operating routines rather than simply maintain systems created by others.
Connectivity Solutions delivers enterprise network engineering, high-density Wi-Fi, private LTE/5G, and mission-critical DAS solutions. You do not need to be an engineer or telecommunications expert to succeed in this role. We are looking for a strong operations professional who can learn the business, ask effective questions, and turn loosely defined needs into practical solutions.

You will help build the operating foundation that allows a remote technical team to work with greater clarity, consistency, and follow-through.
Design and continuously improve practical workflows, calendars, meeting rhythms, action tracking, and supporting tools that create structure and make commitments visible.
Track department priorities, milestones, owners, and next actions; prepare concise progress updates; and help turn leadership decisions into clear, useful communications.
Coordinate recurring performance-review, goal setting, training, certification, mentoring, and employee-development processes while managers retain responsibility for coaching, evaluation, and personnel decisions.
Maintain useful resource-planning information by bringing together project timing, staffing demand, availability, planned leave, utilization risks, and open needs so leadership can make informed decisions.
Build dashboards, scorecards, reports, and other practical tools that help leaders understand whether key routines, commitments, and initiatives are working as intended.
Identify recurring obstacles or inefficient processes, recommend practical improvements, and explore responsible uses of technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and execution.
This is a lead-level individual-contributor role with meaningful influence over how the department operates. You will work closely with the Department Manager and collaborate across HR, Finance, Marketing, Project Controls, and other teams to turn priorities into organized action and improve operating processes.
You will not be expected to make staffing, compensation, employee-performance, technical/project, budget, or client decisions. Instead, your value comes from creating visibility, building reliable processes, facilitating execution, and helping leaders and team members follow through.
