Job summary

Caterpillar offers a unique internship within our Business Operations organization, giving students practical experience and core competencies. Interns help drive premium online experiences to generate leads, sales and loyalty while accelerating Caterpillar’s digital business and services.

The program targets majors in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Communications, with rotations across departments. This onsite 12-week internship runs May 17, 2027 – August 6, 2027, with locations including

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge of Caterpillar, its products, services and customers.
• Grow through soft skills development and hands-on technical training.
• Collaborate with product development, dealer management, marketing, and sales.
• Engage in rotational assignments to learn strategy, services and products.
• Manage assigned territory and serve as a link between dealers and Caterpillar.
