Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or have a degree in Business, Finance, or business-related field.
• Junior student standing or higher preferred.
• Availability in Summer 2026 (May/June start to Aug/Sep depending on school).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and possess excellent follow-up skills.
• Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task, and work independently.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Support cross-functional projects by coordinating with teams across operations, finance, and technology.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data to inform business decisions and track performance metrics.
• Assist in implementing new tools and systems to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Document processes, create reports, and present insights to support ongoing business initiatives.
