Job summary

Relling Inc is seeking a hands-on, in-person operations assistant in San Francisco. You will work closely with the founders on the operating side of a hardware company, handling customer and supplier follow-up, scheduling, and tracking orders and parts to keep projects moving on tight timelines.

The role is 40-60 hours per week, with compensation of $5,500 per month plus a $40 daily meal stipend, for a 2-4 month term that can flex based on project needs.

Relling Systems (YC S25) builds ready-to-deploy AI robot workcells for US manufacturers. We design and test in San Francisco and put systems to work on factory floors. This role is in person in Potrero Hill, San Francisco.
