Overview

Job Description We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support the Global Marketing Strategy & Operations team. This role plays a vital part in partnering across functions to manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial controls. The ideal candidate will have experience working in large corporate environments, bringing proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels.

Location: Remote, Eastern hours (US only applicants will be considered)

Rate: $30-37/hr

Duration: 1 year contract (includes benefits through 24Seven)

Responsibilities
  • Partner with global marketing teams to oversee budget execution,
  • Manage purchase orders, invoice processing, and accruals.
  • Reconcile budget plans against actual spend using various datasets,
  • Create reports to track performance and identify risks,
  • Manage vendor relationships and billing transactions,
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting on month-end close processes,
  • Continuously refine operational processes and lead strategic projects to address gaps and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of operational experience, ideally within marketing functions at large corporations
  • Experience partnering with Accounting and Finance teams and managing multi-million dollar budgets
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud, Hyperion, and/or Pigment is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Positive attitude, proactive in taking on complex challenges and new projects
