Job summary

Swooped is seeking a Business Operations professional to help scale the business by delivering financial and operational insights across sales, marketing, customer success, and product. You’ll analyze data, build scalable processes, and collaborate with leadership to forecast and set targets. A high-growth, hybrid role with SF presence.

You’ll be at home with data, building analytics tools and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in management consulting, investment banking or business operations.
• At home with data: you’re totally at ease digging into data, especially with SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Deep understanding of B2B, sales-led motions, pipeline management, and forecasting. Experience building sales and marketing systems.
• Excellent presentation skills, especially as it relates to complex analyses that need to be translated to a broader audience.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Salesforce admin.

About the role

In the Business Operations Role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work across multiple teams—including sales, marketing, customer success, and product—to identify and solve operational challenges. You’ll analyze data, develop processes, and provide actionable insights to help us scale effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, resourceful, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What you’ll do

Compensation

• $130k-$150k per year plus meaningful equity
