Description

Upperline Health is the nation’s largest provider dedicated to lower extremity, wound, and vascular care. Founded in 2017, our goal is to change specialty care by providing a more efficient path for patients to receive treatment for chronic illnesses.

Triage is temporary.
Treatment is transformative.

Our providers coordinate care among a team of specialists for integrated treatment addressing immediate and long-term health needs.

We focus on patient-centered, value-based care.

Nashville-based candidates are preferred; open to candidates in AL, GA, FL, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, or TX. Travel to Nashville and other markets across the U.S. is required once a month.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations & Strategy Manager to join our new team. You will partner with executive leadership to plan, manage, and execute strategic initiatives, helping to build a strong operating structure during this growth stage of healthcare transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with CEO, SVP of Strategy and Analytics, and other leaders on strategic planning and prioritization.
  • Partner across teams to execute initiatives and performance improvements.
  • Develop models and insights to inform executive decisions.
  • Address organizational implications of insights, presenting strategic recommendations.
  • Lead meetings and workshops, preparing materials and driving decisions.
  • Implement strategies, set expectations, and establish targets.
  • Coach and develop team members and direct reports.
  • Break down complex problems, scope projects, and lead execution.
  • Perform root cause analysis, utilize analytic tools, and create ad-hoc analyses.
  • Integrate data sources to identify opportunities and improvements.
  • Organize initiatives into actionable plans and communicate with leaders.
  • Assign workstreams, considering skills and development needs.
  • Influence organizational change through leadership and partnership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-3 years in management consulting, internal consulting, or operations at a growth-stage company; consulting experience preferred.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with large language models.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, action-oriented, and highly organized.
