Starlink is seeking a Business Operations Analyst in Hawthorne, CA to blend planning and analysis with strategic decision-making. You will own global S&OP for hardware products, analyze KPIs, and support cross‑functional initiatives with leadership.
You will translate data into actionable insights, forecast demand, optimize inventory, and help accelerate hardware adoption. The role requires 1+ years in engineering/ops and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python.

Starlink Business Operations combines traditional planning and analysis with broader business decision-making and strategy, directly supporting the company’s leadership. Business Operations is embedded in daily operations, supporting both near‑term execution and long‑term planning. Team members are expected to analyze data and provide recommendations and to lead cross‑functional decision‑making and implementation of the recommendations. Starlink Business Operations is lean and dynamic, operating with a fluid structure that favors high agency. We expect high performers to expand their scope across the program’s most critical bottlenecks.
Pay range: Business Operations Analyst/Level I: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00/per yearBusiness Operations Analyst/Level II: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job‑related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at the company.
