Job Description

Boeing offers internship opportunities across various departments, including:

  • Business Operations: Opportunities include Business Operations Analyst, Staff Analyst, Integrated Planning & Scheduling, Project Management, Manufacturing Operations Analyst, and Methods Process Analyst. Location options are Puget Sound, WA (Everett, Renton, Seattle, Auburn) and limited opportunities in North Charleston, SC. These roles are crucial for running a business that connects and protects people globally.
  • Program Management / Integrated Planning and Scheduling (PM / IP&S): Located in Boeing Defense, Space and Security, and Boeing Global Services. Interns will assist with planning, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities to improve program performance, including maintaining and analyzing related metrics.
  • Manufacturing and Operations: Primarily in Mesa, AZ; Ridley Park, PA; Berkeley, MO; Huntsville, AL; and New Orleans, LA. Interns will develop assignments to expand their skills and professional growth.
  • Sales & Marketing: Opportunities across all Boeing business units. Interns will participate in meaningful projects, develop skills in critical thinking, data analysis, visualization, financial acumen, and industry knowledge, while working closely with mentors and engaging with company leaders.

Additional benefits include touring manufacturing and research facilities, building a professional network through events, and gaining industry knowledge to prepare for future leadership roles.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with an anticipated graduation date on or after August 2025, and able to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during summer.

Preferred Qualifications: Passion for aerospace, academic excellence (GPA 3.0+), relevant internship or work experience, involvement in student or civic organizations, and majoring in fields like Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems.

Other:

Some positions are hybrid or fully onsite. U.S. Security Clearance or being a “US Person” may be required. Employer does not sponsor visas. Boeing is a Drug-Free Workplace. Relocation may be offered. Pay range: $37,000 – $80,000.
