The Business Operations Analyst provides day-to-day administrative, operational, and mission support to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) regional leadership and field staff. This role serves as the central point of contact for daily office operations, records management, travel logistics, and personnel tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting senior leadership within a government or military environment.
This is an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities
- Office & Mission Support: Coordinate executive calendars, manage conference rooms, monitor office supply inventory, and oversee general mailboxes and task management tracking.
- Document & Records Control: Set up and maintain digital and hard-copy files according to DCSA policy. Properly handle, mark, and destroy classified and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
- Correspondence: Draft, format, and proofread high-quality official letters, memos, reports, and executive presentations.
- Travel & Fleet Management: Assist staff with Defense Travel System (DTS) travel orders and vouchers. Coordinate Government Owned Vehicle (GOV) logs, dispatch, maintenance, and data entry.
- Personnel & HR Logistics: Support civilian employee onboarding/offboarding, track recruitment event milestones, sort resumes, and maintain training records.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related experience, OR 8 years of related experience.
- Security Clearance: Must have an active SECRET clearance.
- Communication: Exceptional oral and written English communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to build data tracking tools and reports.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate government or rental vehicles (requires GSA Defensive Driver training upon hire).
