The Work

You will help improve AI systems by reviewing model outputs against project guidelines and business operations standards. Your work will use spreadsheets, system exports, process documents, and operational reports.

You will make evidence‑based judgments, explain your reasoning clearly, and maintain consistent quality across repeated benchmark tasks.

• Evaluate AI model outputs and apply project rubrics.
• Review source materials and model responses against project guidelines.
• Document evidence that supports each judgment.
• Write clear feedback that can help improve model behavior.
• Complete benchmark tasks expected to take approximately 10 hours each.

• Pay: $45 to $90 per hour.
