Job Summary/Description:

This career opportunity requires the ability to interact effectively with individual employees at all levels, both on a station and corporate level. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities; therefore, organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking are essential. We are looking for someone who can maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of the position, who appreciates a challenge, can think ahead, and follow a task through to completion.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Station contact for several corporate departments, including AP/AR, Payroll, and HR.
- Involvement in the processing of AP, AR, Sales Commissions, make goods, and Payroll.
- Manages new hire procedures and provides administrative assistance to Department Managers when necessary
- Support the administration of the Corporate Safety Program with guidance from the Safety Coordinator
- Other duties to include: maintaining station office supplies, maintaining EEO files, maintaining station FCC File, and keeping it up to date.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- The ideal candidate has 2- 5 years of administrative experience, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and/or Sales Assistance.
- Team player who places a focus on station culture and can maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organization, dependability, and the ability to multitask
- Experience with Microsoft Office is required
