Job description

Fountain View Assisted Living, a nonprofit organization, is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team as Business Office Manager in Lowell, MI. Fountain Viewoffers a fun, homelike, family environment with varying levels of care needs.

As Business Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to complete tasks assigned by the Administrator such as payroll, human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, answering and directing calls, and greeting and assisting visitors. You will have the opportunity to work for a faith-based organization that has a passion for providing vulnerable residents with high-quality care and nurturing their dignity and independence. We provide training, a very competitive benefits package, and free meals for our staff!

Qualified Candidates will possess:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Advanced Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a professional office; preferably in assisted living or long term care OR a combination of both education and experience.
  • Excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for our mission of caring for people as they age.
