St. Joseph Villa Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a professional with a strong management background to oversee our business operations. The role focuses on billing operations, trust accounts, daily cash posting, and timely close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong management background and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience as a Business Office Manager in a long-term care facility is a plus.
• Oversee billing and financial operations in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Accounts receivable management including Medicaid, VA, and Private Pay billing and collections.
• Overseeing the Resident Trust accounts/activity.
• Daily cash posting.
• Handle family inquiries pertaining to billing.
• Participate in monthly close processing (including triple check).
• Post ancillary charges monthly.
• Prepare the daily census report.
