Business Office Manager (Full-Time) - Dublin Square

Dublin Square, part of Navion Senior Solutions, a leading provider of senior living, is seeking a Business Office Manager to join its growing team. The role involves overseeing business administration, accounts payable/receivable, human resources, payroll, and related processes.

This is a full-time position aimed at supporting our team, residents, and families with excellent customer service.

We have partnered with Tapcheck to revolutionize team member payments, allowing instant access to earned wages via a user-friendly mobile app, empowering staff with financial flexibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop procedures for billing, accounting, and reporting to meet performance targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain the monthly accounting calendar to ensure timely financial data management.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll, staying compliant with regulations and business controls.
  • Manage team member personnel information, including payroll and training records.
  • Lead team member onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Partner with leadership to foster team engagement, morale, and spirit.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally across the organization.
  • Follow Navion policies for quality care aligned with core values.
  • Complete required training programs for the BOM role.
  • Fulfill state-mandated training requirements.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or proven experience as a Business Office Manager.
  • Strong dedication to seniors and a positive attitude.
  • Skills in financial principles, accounting, HR, administration, training, management, team building, and computerized systems.
