The Business Office Manager assists with the day-to-day management of the Physical Therapy Business Office. Oversees activities related to Billing, Collection, Patient Access, Accounts Payable, and Scheduling within the clinic. Serves as a resource to clinical office staff.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
2 years of Business Office Management experience required, preferred.
Required Licenses/Certifications
Basic Life Support certification required.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Knowledge and expertise in hospital managed-care contracting, billing, and collection for services provided. Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook. Paragon/EMR experience preferred. Must be knowledgeable in Hospital Operations Flow.
