What you will do in this role: When you are a patient, finances should be the last thing on your mind. You will work closely with the facility and regional accounts receivables team. The AR projects will include back-end collections and billing for Public Aide, Medicaid, and managed care accounts for our independent care facility. One moment you are managing the patient trust fund, the next you’re setting up payment schedules for a family, and the next you could be helping a patient apply for Medicaid. It’s a busy day here!

  • This position is officially titled BOM or Business Office Manager, but in other centers, it may be called a Medicaid Biller, Accounts Receivable Coordinator, or Financial Services Representative.
  • This is NOT a remote position. Because we need you to regularly interface with residents and staff, 100% of your time will be working from/at the center.
