Job summary

Avir at John Jones is seeking a Business Office Manager (BOM) to organize and perform the full range of business office functions, including accounting, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial tasks and medical records management. We value business acumen, teamwork, drive and the ability to help build a strong culture.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience, plus at least 1 year in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office with billing and patient trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office setting with billing/collecting and patient trust accounting experience.
• Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting preferred.
• Point Click Care (PCC) billing system experience preferred.
