Lindsay Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation seeks a Billing Supervisor to oversee the business office and manage Medicaid/Medi-Cal authorizations. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining census data, and processing monthly statements for resident trusts.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, familiarity with skilled nursing billing, and Microsoft Office skills. Prior long-term care experience is preferred to ensure smooth operation and compliance.
Assist with the overall supervision and management of the business office staff.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong understanding of skilled nursing billing and payment as well as proficient in Microsoft products computer skills.
Preferable one-year experience in a long term care facility.
Ability to read technical procedures.
Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
The essential functions of this position require the following physical abilities: Prolong use of computer. Standing and /or walking very frequently. Sitting occasionally. Reaching with hands and arms frequently, pushing/pulling very frequently. Talking and /or hearing very frequently. Tasting and /or smelling very frequently. Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently. Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling occasionally. Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception in vision: ability to adjust focus.

We are proud to offer our staff low monthly premium payments for employees and dependents will be as follows:
Generous paid time off for vacation accruing at 4 hours a month, 48 FT annually recurring sick day hours prorated based on hire date, and 7 paid Holidays each year.
Pay: $70,304 Annually depending on experience and education.
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
