Woodview Estates, an Assisted Living facility located in Mays Landing, is looking for a full-time Business Office Coordinator. This position is responsible for all business office functions at the facility and is the primary liaison with Corporate for Billing/Payroll/Accounting.
List of job requirements:
- Maintaining personnel information, updating personnel files, responsible for the preparation of payroll, and various other office/bookkeeping duties.
Qualifications:
- Good understanding of payroll processing preferably ADP Workforce Now.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Adept at handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Business computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as the ability to learn new computer applications.
- Candidates with the following experience are preferred: Payroll/HR, ADP Workforce Now, Healthcare, Associate's or Bachelor’s degree.
