This is a highly collaborative role in which you will problem solve alongside partners and leadership in Product, Engineering, Research, Data, Finance, and others. **General Responsibilities:*** **Product Strategy & Roadmap Influence:** Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to identify high-leverage growth opportunities. Translate complex behavioral data and user funnels into actionable product recommendations and feature requirements.* **Experimentation & Causal Inference:** Set methodological standards for product experimentation. Design, analyze, and interpret complex A/B/n tests using advanced statistical techniques (randomization, power calculations, variance reduction, quasi-experiments) to isolate true customer incrementality.* **Hands-On Technical Execution:** Query, clean, and transform massive, complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R. Develop statistical models, user segmentation frameworks, and exploratory analysis to uncover engagement patterns.* **Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment:** Drive alignment across cross-functional partners (Product, Tech, Research, Finance).
