Backed by some of the world’s top investors, and led by incredibly talented engineers and researchers, this is a one of a kind opportunity for a highly capable Business/Operations Manager to partner directly with the President.

The Opportunity:

This role is built for someone who’s sharp, relentless, and thrives under pressure. You’ll serve as the President’s right hand — helping drive focus, amplify execution, and navigate the complexity of scaling a company at the cutting edge of AI and hardware.

You’ll be embedded in everything from strategic planning to internal execution. If you're a high-output generalist who loves being at the center of the action, this is a rare chance to learn how a top-tier startup operates from the inside.

What You’ll Tackle:

Execution & Workflow Management

  • Keep the President’s time and energy focused on the highest-leverage activities
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and communications with surgical precision
  • Coordinate fast-moving logistics — from investor meetings to team summits
  • Follow up on key decisions and ensure nothing gets lost in the noise
  • Own special projects and initiatives from start to finish

Culture & Internal Ops

  • Help craft team-wide rituals and internal communications to build clarity and momentum
  • Be a pulse-check on team dynamics and raise red flags early
  • Partner with hiring and ops to build smooth, high-signal onboarding experiences

Strategic & Cross-Functional Support

  • Assist with setting priorities and driving alignment across teams
  • Contribute to planning around org structure, resourcing, and scaling
  • Prepare materials for board updates, strategy sessions, and investor communications
  • Track progress on key initiatives via internal dashboards and OKRs
  • Take on deep-dive research or ad hoc analysis to inform big-picture decisions

What You Bring:

  • Experience supporting executives or founders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Highly structured and detail-obsessed — you catch what others miss
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong writing instincts
  • Operates with discretion, loyalty, and speed
  • Energized by intensity and rapid iteration
  • Prior exposure to startups, operations, or internal strategy work a major plus
  • Experience in high-growth AI companies
  • 24/7 mindset with willingness to be onsite 5 days a week and occasional weekends

Salary: $150 - 200k + Equity + Benefits!
