Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support doctors and staff, and help grow the practice while delivering an excellent patient experience.

You will manage patient access, educate treatment options, verify insurance, and handle payments, while leading a team toward high performance in Katy, Texas.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience; dental experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Proven leadership abilities, relationship-building and team motivation.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
