Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Sales & business development: shadow reps, pitch to clients, generate leads, hit quotas.
• Operational rotation: rotate through departments like customer service, marketing, inventory, and finance.
• Team leadership: assist with staff scheduling, interviewing candidates, and coaching team members.
• Analysis: track sales metrics, evaluate market trends, and monitor competitors.
