Essential Functions As A Business Management Trainee:

• Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to consistently provide World-Class Service while assisting in closing the sale.
• Innovate new ways to enhance and redefine the direct approach we have with our customer base to expand sales revenue.
• Meet with new and prospective customer base directly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with entry-level sales and marketing team.
• Ensure customer expectations are achieved by providing outstanding customer service.
• Answer questions related to the field day-to-day from the sales team and manage requests for special reports and sales tracking information.

Essential Requirements Of A Business Management Trainee:

• Leadership experience, including involvement in related sports and/or student organizations.
• Basic comprehension of marketing and sales methods.
• Ability to prioritize well and tackle challenges enthusiastically.
• Organized with the ability to exceed deadlines, and completion of tasks and projects assigned.
