Rio Hondo College is establishing a standing pool of Part-Time Faculty for Business Management. Positions are hourly, not to exceed 60% time, and assignments are made as needed based on department needs.
Applicants may hold a Masters in business or a Bachelors in business with additional Masters in economics, public administration, or a JD/LL.B, or a valid CCC credential to teach the subject matter. Prior experience preferred but not required.

Master’s degree in business, business management, business administration, accountancy, finance, marketing, or business education
OR
Bachelor’s degree in any of the above AND Master’s degree in economics, personnel management, public administration, or JD or LL.B. degree

Bachelor’s degree in economics with a business emphasis AND Master’s degree in personnel management, public administration, or JD or LL.B. degree

A valid California Community College Credential authorizing service in the appropriate subject matter
AND
Demonstrate a sensitivity to, and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
Business: A bachelor’s degree in business or a related area AND a combination of successfully completed coursework, totaling at least 12 units at the upper division level and twelve (12) units at the graduate level in the area in which the equivalency is requested, plus evidence of experience in a business or related area.
