SUMMARY: This is a full-time position that provides Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) for the company's management operating performance. The role involves computing, analyzing, and verifying numerical data across various business operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and assist in budget planning, fixed cost analysis, project operation in SAP system, sublease management, etc.
  • Handle tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and organizational growth support.

Business Operations include:

  • Supporting annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Analyzing monthly budget vs. actuals, variance explanations
  • Historical financial analysis
  • Reviewing G&A budgets and communication with HQ
  • Providing insights on business trends, benchmarks, policies, and legislation
  • Executing inter-company transactions and maintaining billing reconciliations

Project Support includes invoicing, billing, contract review, SAP processing, and sublease management.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial statements
  • Knowledge of economic trends, political environment, and regulations
  • 5 to 15 years of financial analyst experience
  • Analytical skills for large data processing
  • High-level interpersonal skills for sensitive situations
  • Proficiency in Korean and English communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting preferred
