Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Rolling Meadows, IL is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support the MSTS division’s Pricing & Estimating team.

You will help develop proposals in response to customer requests and ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with experience in pricing, finance, contracts, or business operations, strong Excel skills, and US citizenship for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of business administration, finance, or accounting experience OR Master’s degree with 1 year of such experience.
• Experience in pricing, finance, contracts, or business operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
