We seek candidates who can think critically, are not intimidated by complex cases, and are confident in their ability to verbally advocate their research and writing.

Are you an attorney seeking a meaningful career where your expertise is valued, your contributions matter, and your life outside the office is respected? Do you want to preserve and nurture your soul and not sacrifice it to the nauseating billable hour requirements that plague the legal industry? Then you've come to the right place. While we champion hard work, top-notch product, and exceptional customer service, we believe a successful career should not come at the cost of your well-being.

We are a dynamic and collaborate law firm specializing in complex business litigation and corporate transactions. Headquartered in Silicon Valley with offices in Los Angeles, Austin, and Lake Oswego, we serve a diverse and innovative client base across various industries. The firm's clientele includes start-ups, established private and public companies, and individual entrepreneurs.

As we continue to expand, we are now seeking a business litigation attorney for our office in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have from 2 to 5 years of experience handling complex commercial and business litigation cases, and who understand the value of providing exceptional service to our clientele. Specifically, the candidate we are looking for will be responsible for handling demand letters and responses thereto, motion practice, research, client communications and management, discovery and depositions, court appearances in state and federal courts and arbitration, mediations, and trial work.
