Job summary

GPAC is seeking an Associate Attorney for Civil Litigation in San Diego, CA. The attorney will handle personal injury, education, and employment matters, with strong emphasis on writing, law and motion, and depositions. Some discovery work may permit remote tasks, but three days per week are expected in the office or at court.

Candidates should have California Bar admission and 3+ years of civil litigation exposure, with solid writing and analytical abilities and trial experience preferred.

• Prepare for and participate in trial proceedings.

Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation- San Diego, CA

A well-established law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with a strong background in civil litigation, covering areas such as personal injury, education, and employment law. The ideal candidate must possess excellent writing skills and have substantial experience in law and motion practice, as well as in handling witness, party, and expert depositions. Some trial experience is preferred. While most of the work will be performed in the office or in court, certain discovery projects may allow for remote work. Most attorneys are expected to be in the office or at meetings or court sites a minimum of three days per week.
