Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trials

• Conduct factual investigations, legal research, and case strategy development

• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery responses

• Work directly with clients and provide practical, solutions-focused advice

• Assist with business development and client relations initiatives

Qualifications:

• JD and active Florida Bar membership (in good standing)
