We are seeking a senior-level business litigation associate (4-7 yrs) to join our dedicated team of Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation professionals to assist our partners with Federal and State Court litigation throughout the Firm’s geographic footprint. We handle Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditor Rights matters as well as Commercial and Complex Business Litigation matters.

Candidate needs to be driven to excel and able to provide quick turnaround on litigation issues. Excellent research and writing skills are a must. Also, an outstanding attitude, work ethic, and effective communication skills are required. You must want to work hard, have the ability to find a way to win just about any argument, and be confident in your ability to succeed on behalf of our clients, in and out of court.

The position can be remote/hybrid.

Other considerations are as follows:

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Active member in good standing of the Bar required.
• Multi-state admission is preferred, but not required. NY, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Texas and Florida a plus.
• Very competitive compensation and excellent benefit package.

Education: Candidate must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years legal experience.
