About the Role:
We are partnering with a nationally recognized law firm to find a Mid-to-Senior-Level Litigation Associate with 4–6 years of experience in complex commercial or business litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes matters across industries in a collaborative and well-resourced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in federal and state litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution

  • Handle complex case management, strategy, motion practice, and client communication

  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

  • Collaborate with cross-office litigation teams on sophisticated matters

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of business litigation experience, ideally at an AmLaw or highly respected regional firm

  • Strong academic credentials; judicial clerkship experience preferred

  • Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

  • California Bar admission required

Compensation:
$310,000 per year
