As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study.

Essential Functions

• Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience.
• Participates in various networking and/or community service events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summer 2027 Internship - Availability to work 40 hours/week for a 10- week program, June 7th - August 13th.

Immigration sponsorship is not available for intern positions. Sponsorship may be available for full-time, exempt positions, depending on the specific role and federal regulations. Note, sponsorship is never guaranteed under any circumstances

Domicile:

This position will be hybrid in Columbus, OH and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.

Minimum Education

Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Degree: Business Degree or related discipline.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work productivity and productively, both independently and as a part of a team.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills.

Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.

Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management.

Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Engage with vendors, update contact information, assist with onboarding and follow company requirements
• Strong communication skills to work with vendors and team members, solve problems, and enhance daily operations

Pay Transparency:

Pay: Salary is $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates. A $2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles for an onsite or hybrid internship or co-op experience.

Additional Details:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, meet deadlines, and improve daily work processes
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce to update records, track information, and schedule tasks

In California, the compensation listed reflects the range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position upon hire. In CT, IL, MD, MN, and NJ any compensable Security and Walk Time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage.
