Our primary customers are Automotive Dealers & Marketers.

The Role

We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Strategy Manager to drive client success within our NCM and Business Intelligence divisions. This key role will focus on maximizing client value, engagement, and retention. You'll own the post-launch client journey, ensuring seamless onboarding, conducting impactful consultations, and identifying opportunities to enhance our support model. You will have the opportunity to work with large BI autogroups, suggest product enhancements, and be part of a fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee client consultations and office hours
  • Provide clients with insights you deduce from our reporting platforms
  • Look for ways to improve the support model through better tracking/ record keeping, improved processes, and continuous innovation
  • Represent our brand positively and energetically, maintaining the highest level of professionalism in all interactions
  • As the account numbers grow and additional support is needed, the ability to mentor new team members to help you carry out your tasks
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Service)
  • Maintain up-to-date internal process documentation
  • Own BI auto group relationships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (OR relevant work experience).
  • Proven client-facing experience, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Thrives in a startup environment where things change frequently and there is rapid growth.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing tools and Google Analytics (specific technical skills not required).
