Job summary

BWT Group sucht eine/n Data-Transformation-Experten, der/die die Plattform BWT AQALyze weiterentwickelt und das Unternehmen datengetrieben macht. Sie arbeiten an der Implementierung von BI- und Analytics-Lösungen sowie dem Aufbau eines gruppenweiten Data Warehouses.

Sie bringen Erfahrung in Controlling oder IT mit, verfügen über starke Analytik, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Power BI und arbeiten eng mit Produkt Teams, IT und Controlling zusammen.

Qualifications

• Berufserfahrung in Controlling oder IT oder vergleichbaren Positionen.
• Gute analytische und problem-lösende Fähigkeiten, Critical Thinking, Verständnis von Kunden-Ökosystemen und Daten.

Responsibilities

• Aktiv die Transformation von BWT zu einem datengetriebenen Unternehmen vorantreiben und unsere BWT AQALyze-Plattform weiterentwickeln.
• Teil von AQALyze sein und gemeinsam die Zukunft gestalten.
• Verantwortung für BI- oder Business-Analytics-Projekte übernehmen.
• Unterstützung beim gruppenweiten Data Warehouse-Aufbau basierend auf Erfahrung in Controlling, Data Analysis, Product Ownership, Data Engineer, Data Scientist oder UX-Design.
• Anforderungen von AQALyze spezifizieren, implementieren, testen, dokumentieren, schulen und unterstützen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Actively drive transformation of BWT to become a Data Driven Company by further developing our “BWT AQALyze” Platform
• Be part of “BWT AQALyze” and create the future with us
• Take responsibility for business intelligence projects or business analytics projects
• Supporting to build the group‑wide data warehouse with your experience as Controller, Data Analyst, Product Owner, Data Engineer, Data Scientist or UX Designer
• Specification, implementation, testing, documentation, training and supporting of “BWT AQALyze” requirements

Ihr Profil

• Professional experience in Controlling, IT or in comparable positions
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills, critical thinking and an ability to explore and understand customers’ technical ecosystems and data
• Experience in business intelligence solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI
