Armoured One, located in Syracuse, NY, is seeking a Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst to join our BI team. This hands-on role focuses on helping the business make better decisions with data across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Inventory.

You will build dashboards, analyze performance, forecast sales and cash flow, and work with Salesforce, Rootstock ERP, and other systems. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and detail-oriented, owning projects and communicating findings

Qualifications

Overview

Armoured One located in Syracuse, NY is looking for a Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst to join our growing company and work on our Business Intelligence team. This position, under the direction of the Business Intelligence Analyst, is a hands-on analytical role focused on helping the business make better decisions with data. You'll work across Sales, Operations, Field Service, Finance, and Inventory, using data to understand what's happening, identify opportunities, and improve how we operate. We're looking for someone who is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and naturally interested in figuring things out.

Our ideal candidate would be interested in the following:

• Working with large or messy datasets.
• Learning new software and systems.
• Solving problems where the answer isn't immediately obvious.
• Working independently and taking ownership of projects.
• Communicating analytical findings clearly to non-technical people.

Salary: Starts at $70,000 per year

Full-time, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
