JOB REQUIREMENTS: Remedy Analytics, Inc. in Wauwatosa, WI is seeking a
Business Intelligence Manager to work with stakeholders throughout the
organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to
drive business solutions. Job responsibilities and duties include:
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for the organization.
Responsible for hiring and training employees, implement business
strategies and delegate tasks to team members. Provide maintenance and
optimization of Tableau data, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and
efficiency in data visualization processes. Assist with the Tableau
Server, including installations, configurations, and monitoring to
ensure seamless functionality and performance. Understand client data
visualization needs and provide customized Tableau solutions to meet
those requirements. Develop and implement data governance policies to
ensure the integrity and security of Tableau data assets. Conduct
regular audits and performance assessments to identify and address data
quality issues within Tableau dashboards and reports. Apply knowledge to
assist with Tableau data, server administration, and client
interactions, and utilize strong understanding of data governance
principles and best practices. Communication of technical specifications
to ensure that proper and optimized techniques, queries, and final
deliverables are understood and incorporated into data and analytics
processes. Comply with and adhere to all regulatory compliance areas,
policies and procedures (including HIPAA requirements), and "leading
practices". This position manages other 3 employees including: Business
Intelligence Analysts, Sr. Business Intelligence Analysts, Analytics
Engineer, and Sr. Analytics Engineer. Minimum requirements: Master's
degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or
any related field of study plus at least three (3) years of experience
in the job offered or in any related positions in which the experience
was gained. Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable
proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:
Creating advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics:
regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering,
decision trees, neural networks, statistical tests, TOAD Tableau SQL BI
