Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. seeks a Business Intelligence Manager specializing in CCH Tagetik to design, implement, and optimize budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions. This role delivers high-quality financial insights and scalable processes across Finance and FP&A.

You will configure Tagetik data models, develop ETL pipelines, and build reports/dashboards in Tagetik and Power BI, driving data governance and continuous improvement for reliable financial intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Data Technology, Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of related CPM experience.
  • CCH Tagetik expertise for planning and reporting.
  • Understanding FP&A and financial reporting concepts.
  • Knowledge of database, data warehouse, BI concepts (Fabric environment preferred).
  • ETL & data integration experience including ERP/source systems.
  • Experience creating Power BI datasets and dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain CCH Tagetik applications including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting solutions.
  • Configure and optimize Tagetik data models, cubes, and dimensions for complex planning scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows.
  • Lead creation and optimization of Tagetik reports, dashboards, and disclosure outputs.
  • Perform in-depth financial and operational data analysis for decision making.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Manage system performance, data loads, calculation logic, and process automation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on data discrepancies and system issues.
  • Drive data governance and controls within Tagetik, including validation rules and audit trails.
  • Support system upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement of Tagetik platforms.
  • Provide guidance and training on Tagetik functionalities and best practices.
  • Drive expansion of the Health Data Platform and Power BI reporting.

You will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining CCH Tagetik and Health Data Platform/Power BI -based solutions for planning and reporting.
