Job summary

84 Lumber is seeking a Business Intelligence Intern to support BI needs at headquarters and in the field. You will learn to translate business requirements into data visualizations, develop MicroStrategy dashboards, and create training materials for end users.

You will collaborate with teams to understand data needs, document requirements, and deliver reports that improve customer satisfaction and operational insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users to deliver analytical visualizations and enable strategic work
• Develop MicroStrategy dashboards based on customer KPIs
• Develop and deliver data stories through high-impact visualizations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business processes and solutions
• Interpret requirements; design, build and test reports and dashboards for data quality
• Provide status updates to project team and management
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to design end-to-end experiences
• Assist with technology inventory, documentation and IT administration tasks
