Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, BI tools, and data-driven decision-making to support strategic business initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement BI solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Business Intelligence solutions using advanced BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI strategies.

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate data insights to business leaders.

Implement best practices in data governance, quality, and security.

Optimize data workflows and ETL processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to integrate BI solutions with existing data infrastructure.

Stay current with BI industry trends and tools to continually enhance analytics capabilities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.

Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

Strong SQL and database querying skills.

Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Must be eligible to work in the USA (U.S. citizens or authorized to work without sponsorship).
