Job Summary

Amazon Prime is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to play a pivotal role in analyzing customer behavior to guide the evolution of our business strategy. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and presenting actionable insights to management. The ideal candidate will harness one of the world's largest datasets to satisfy customer needs and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate program features and marketing content across various customer response metrics.
• Perform statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Design, build, and maintain reports on program health metrics.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to investigate customer behavior and uncover patterns.
• Use data mining and model building to identify trends in the customer base.
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong command of SQL and data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to visualize data and narrate storytelling for business insights.
• Experience with ETL pipelining as well as statistical analysis. – basic how you figure out the root of the problem
• Other script languages would be nice as well (Python, or something as they do a lot of automation, AWS tools)

• Former Amazon would be a plus in the same type of role
