Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a BI Engineer in the Tampa area to design and implement Tableau-based analytics solutions across global data sources. You will work with Big Data platforms, Hive, and Python to deliver scalable dashboards and insights.

The role requires strong communication and project management within multi-country teams. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in BI/Analytics, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience with Tableau and Tableau Prep.

Qualifications

• 4 years of BI and analytics project experience in a multinational or globally complex organization.
• Hands-on Tableau development, integration with Big Data stacks, and data modeling.
• Experience with Hive and scripting in Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tableau-based BI solutions and data visualization across large datasets.
• Architect and deliver analytics projects and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams and manage project milestones.

• Mandatory Karat Interview on Tableau Skill
• Experience in Tableau integration development with Big Data
• 4 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics projects with multinational organization or an entity with similar global reach and complexity
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in architecting and solutioning of Analytics Projects primarily covering Tableau and Big Data tech stacks HIVE Experience in Python and Tableau Prep is a plus
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Working knowledge of consulting project management techniques methods
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Proactive self-starter autonomous Self-motivated multitasking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills solution oriented with proven results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrate ability and proven track record in building partnerships and relationship management skills including collaboration with geographically dispersed teams to achieve deliverables
