Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for developing innovation solutions? Join our team! As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will work with Business Partners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other IT teams to ensure a tight fit between Business Intelligence/Analytics environment, business requirements, and the Data Management platforms. You are responsible for combining data from multiple sources into BI‑specific data models to create meaningful reports, visualizations, and dashboards. Ultimately, your goal will be to help your customers discover actionable insights and make data‑driven decisions.

The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn‑key command and control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 0‑2 years of relevant experience (Higher education may substitute for relevant experience; Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education).
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, QlikView, TIBCO Spotfire, SAP Business Objects, SAP Crystal Reports).
Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

Understanding of Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing concepts with knowledge of ETL and Reporting tools.
Professional experience with Data profiling, SQL, Python, and MS SQL Server.
