Job Title: BI Engineer II – Product Analyst Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in business processes for large enterprise supply chains (specifically warehouse management and transportation management)
• Experience in modernizing data structures from legacy to modern
• Experience mapping existing data models to new data model in order to backfill historical data.
• Understand and communicate with technology teammates (Data Engineering and Architecture)
• Creation and maintenance of documentation to maintain an accurate data catalog of how business processes create and update data points
• Maintains a living data documentation site (Confluence) that can be referred by teammates and used for risk and change management during project planning.
• Preferably 5-7 years of Supply Chain Analyst or Product Analyst work (Manhattan Associates systems experience would be a plus)
• Applies business and technical knowledge of the data to design, create, and execute test plans for validation of ETLs, data integrity, and in-house and external data streams; also ensuring data capture & system process changes will flow correctly through data warehouses (On-Prem and Cloud) and final mile data solutions.
• Ability to understand current state and future state of data objects and can identify and work with teams to capture net new data points.
• Has worked in an agile environment and can follow task management patterns (Jira, AHA!)
• Attends and actively participates in organizational Data and Analytic sessions and drives standardization of the D&A ecosystem.
• Owns the creation of data management Jira tasks, identifies appropriate data sources, and chooses the best approaches for each step of the data management lifecycle.
• Develops basic knowledge of the other aspects of Business Intelligence (Last Mile Solutions and Advanced Analytics). Helps to drive improvements in those spaces and can fill in when project work and resources dictate a need.

Location: Remote opportunity

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 – $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
