BI Developer REMOTE 8+ Months (Possible Extension)

Position Description: The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support strategic, clinical, financial, and operational decision-making. This role will focus heavily on developing solutions in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and interactive dashboards.

The BI Developer I works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, transform data into meaningful insights, and deliver user-friendly analytics tools.

Key skills and qualifications include:

• Proficiency with Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, data models, and DAX calculations.
• Strong analytical and visualization skills to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Ability to gather and interpret requirements from stakeholders and build effective BI solutions.
• Familiarity with relational databases and the ability to write simple SQL queries for data extraction.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Prior work in government, healthcare, or compliance-driven environments.
